Raised in Regina, Saskatchewan, Linda Nykolaychuk received both B. Ed. and B.A. degrees, with a visual art major, from the University of Saskatchewan.  She spent her teaching career in Lloydminster, Alberta/Saskatchewan where she taught drawing and painting to both children and adults.  During this time, Linda received recognition and several awards for her dedication to innovative art programming, including the dedication of a studio named in her honor at the Barr Colony Heritage Cultural Centre in Lloydminster.

hang in collections across Canada and the United States, as well as several countries outside of North America.

      Linda now lives and paints in Edmonton, Alberta
